DSSIPL offers to populate client’s data into the Danaos system, especially for modules such as PMS, Supply.
DSSIPL’s qualified engineer can visit the vessel to collect data onboard clients can also choose to send the data
to DSSIPL Collection of data onboard ensures that the vessel specific latest data is populated.
:: Data Conversion
As a part of the Installation and Implementation program, clients existing data of any system will be converted,
made compatible and imported into the Danaos systems such that the client is able to retain the entire archive of
data history. This service guarantees that the client will not loose its existing data while switching over to Danaos
systems.
:: Technical Systems Data Development
This service focuses on creating all the vessel data into the PMS and Supply system.
- Creation of all Machinery particulars of the vessel, Jobs, Surveys, Checklists etc.
:: Procurement Systems Data Development
DSSIPL is also involved in the Creation of supply system catalogues; Spare part catalogues,
Paint catalogues, Lubricant catalogues, Chemicals & Gasses, Stores & Provisions and inventory onboard.
:: Development of Forms
This service enables the client to digitize its existing forms and link them to the Danaos systems.
DSSIPL ensures the look and feel of the form is maintained as it is.
:: Development of ISM Manuals
DSSIPL creates ISM manuals based on the data provided by the clients.
:: Maintenance of Accidents & Incidents Data
This service offers to maintain the client data related to accidents and incidents onboard. Client‘s vessels ends the data to DSSIPL and
DSSIPL’s personnel update data in the clients server.
:: Historic Data Population for all relevant modules
This service ensures that the client can retain its exiting data while migrating to Danaos Systems. It is specifically useful in modules such as PMS,
Supply and Operations, where the Historical data has to be maintained for constant reference purpose.
:: Data Development for Crewing Systems including Crew Accounting
DSSIPL offers Data population service for its Crewing module where by the libraries such as that of Fleets and Crew Members are created in the system.
:: Data Population for Vessel Operations
In case the client has not opted for the Operations Onboard module, then DSSIPL offers to populate the
Onboard Operation’s data into the Danaos Operations application office module. Client’s Vessel sends the
data to DSSIPL, which performs the data population for the Office module.
:: Remote Management of Technical Systems (Remote Technical Data Superintendence)
DSSIPL offers Remote Management of the Client’s Technical Systems, where by clients data for Danaos systems are managed via remote access, on regular basis.
:: Training (Remote, On-site and In-house)
The Training service includes:
- Systems training of joining crew within our training facility
- Training cycle and content customized to company requirements
- Training crew on particular vessel data
- Performance evaluation during training
- Can be used as a platform to educate new crew on company policies vis-à-vis onboard systems and functional usage

DSSIPL offers implementation of the Danaos systems which includes onboard installation, creating the database and table structures,
populating the database with approved data as well as testing and verification. In the case of vessel installations, Danaos Software
Services would synchronise the onboard system with the office system. Danaos software installation, database connectivity,
testing and verification would be replicated on the number of workstations required and available on-board/office.

of this service is to ensure that the systems are being used in accordance with policies set by the client as well as
the usage guidelines provided by Danaos Software Services. An appropriate report with recommendations and suggestions,
if any, will be provided to the client.

DSSIPL offers consultation to enable the client asses the risk involved in its onboard operations. DSSIPL monitors the
clients operations, calculates the possible risk and formulates the required control measures.
