Moreover, we also manage allied functions such as setting up of technical applications, implementation, training and development work related to unique requirements by clients. As a result we also manage code debugging related issues and provide the related support. This center works 24 x 7 to service clients from different regions and time zones. Our team comprises of fully trained and qualified personnel that include Marine Chief Engineers, Software Engineers, Financial Executives, Support Engineers, Data Operators & Digitizers and Technical Writers. Our Engineers have had adequate sea experience as well as Industry related experience, which empower them to carry out technical services for our clients effortlessly. Our Software and Support personnel have had varied industrial experience which enables us to bring a multi-faceted service culture to the table. Our Data Operations team consist of qualified and proficient data operations personnel as well as a Technical Writing Team that consist of technical writers who are involved in creating technical manuals as well as training material for our training courses. Our support center has a dedicated leased line with ISDN redundancy for Internet connectivity in order for us to successfully carry out remote management for our clients. We also have a state-of-art training centre, where we carry out various software related training, cutomised to our clients needs; some of whom have their joining crew pass through our office prior to joining vessel.
